So i ported my number from Three over to O2 about 6 days ago, while i was waiting for my number to be ported my account worked fine, i could monitor my credit and what was being charged via the MyO2 app but since my number was ported everything is dead
Tells me i dont have an account, MyO2 doesnt work!
The website says i dont have a number etc etc
Phone customer servcie and they said it can take a few days,well its been 6 now
Is there anything i can do to get things to work ?

Other than rebooting your phone regularly, its only customer service who can help with this. Keep on at them. They may need to reset your account https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
