Starting to be charged for calls

I have been on big bundles for quite a while now with unlimited calls and texts. Two days ago I noticed that the "bundled call" whisper at the start of the call wasnt always there. This meant that for half of my calls on that day my credit balance went down. 

 The calls I was charged for were just regular numbers.. some mobile , some landline so I dont know why they weren't included in my bundle. 

 I make lots of calls and for over a year every single call was free so why have I started to suddenly get charged on some calls ?
