If I text a number in Australia from the uk It is 55p per text.
can that text include emoji’s or do they cost more?

also, how many words/characters are included in a standard text.
i have been charged for 8 texts from sending only 1 text ?

If you include emoji's it increases your character count massively, so will always costs more.

@Claire101 If you want to send texts and emojis, download WhatsApp and tell your friends in Australia to download the app too. Texting, sending emojis, calling, and video calls are absolutely free over WiFi to anywhere.
