I recently got a new O2 sim card, but I've been receiving text messages from someone called Lowell (I'm guessing a company), trying to get in touch with someone called Darren Percival, I'm unable to block them and I'm not sure what to do since I keep getting messages off them on a regular basis. I'm worried to use the contact number in case it's a scam.

They are a debt collection agency so the previous owner of your number must have defaulted on their account.

Call O2 and get your number changed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
