Sim swap

I need to swap my standard sim for a nano sim. It seems that I can do this by texting a swap request. My question is, when the new sim is available, will my existing tarrif (payg) be preserved, my current balance, plus of course my number. The only data on my existing sim is contact numbers; will these have to be entered manually?

Hi @Tunafish 

Firstly have a look at your standard sim to see if its a 3-1 and can be pushed out to make it smaller

If not you need to call customer services for a nano sim and ask them to migrate your number to it

Thanks for your reply. UnfortunAtely not a "pop out" so will have to ask for a sim swap

Everything will be transferred to the new sim @Tunafish but things are running slow
