Sim swap and tariff

Hi, I have recently got a new phone and need to change the sim in order for it to fit. I am aware that I can perform a sim swap to keep the same number. Will this also enable me to keep the same tariff that I am currently on?

Hi @Professor 

Changing the sim and phone won't affect your tariff at all.

I have done the same thing a couple of times.

If you are anywhere near an O2 shop it would be easier for you to pop in there. The process will be completed before you walk out of the shop usually.

@Professor  There's a guide here as well, but if you have an O2 store nearby, @Cleoriff 's suggestion is the easiest, and has the least chance of anything going wrong.
