Hi, so I bought a pay as you go O2 sim for my phone, at the moment it's saying 'sim not provisioned' I can't receive any calls\texts or make any, I'm aware that I possibly need to activate my sim, but the problem is I cant receive the online security code to register neither can I top up via 202, I have tried to contact 02 on another 02 phone but it won't connect me because I'm phoning from a different number and due to lockdown all carphone warehouse stores are closed for me to go down and visit. I've left the sim in 24 hours and nothing, how do I fix this issue????
Ps my sim is unlocked to O2 as I put my other working pay as you go sim in to check and it connected and worked fine. Thank you

You need to top up first with a voucher to activate the sim.
You can then use all the online services Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Will it work via voucher as I cant make the call to top up from the phone? Thanks it says sim not registered anytime I try n call to top up
