Sim not provisioned

I've had a sim card/phone number for about 20 years now. It has a lot of sentimental value (silly, I know) but it was recently deactivated. It just says something like "sim card not provisioned" now. I try to use it enough to keep it active but with the whole coronavirus situation and some other stuff I've let it slip. It'd mean a lot to me if someone could help me reactivate it so I could hang on to it.

I'm writing this one someone else's account as my o2 account is disabled, I assume because the number is out of use now.

@Joan

If it was recently deactivated, you may be lucky enough to get it back.

You can only call O2 and ask.

All numbers  are in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The number ending 4005 seems the best one to try.

Call at 8am in the morning.
