Hi, I want to go in to a shop to get a new sim for a new device, I havent got any photo i.d though. 

will a bill or letter be enough ? Thanks

Thanks, but they are so busy and I cant get any answers for days from them on chat, in messenger, I thought I would just wait until the shops are open.

Also, if I get one sent, (I just need a smaller sim card  for a phone my son is giving me, and want to keep my number, ) does it deactivate my old sim thats in my old phone as soon as its sent out to me. ?

No it wouldn't deactivate your original sim @issy0503 

That would only happen if/when you do a sim swap.
