Hi. What I need to do to get a nano sim card with my existing phone number?

You need to request one @JoJo44 - either by contacting customer services, or visiting your local o2 store.

You can call either 202 (for pay monthly, or 4445 if you are pay as you go) or message on social media to contact customer services:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

You may also be able to convert your current sim by pushing out the tiny middle bit.
