Hi, my updated SIM card, I was put to phone ( iPhone 11pro) from august month in EU country-Lithuania, because old SIM card was old model and not worked well( but with old SIM card I had my plan in all countries). Until now with new SIM card I don't have internet, I can't call, I can't text, nothing. I checked this new SIM card with different phone Samsung and iPhone 7, this card doesn't work, I checked all the settings, everything is ok. But interesting , when I turn off my phone and turn on , then I have about 3min. 3G connection, but only few min. and everything disappear. So ,I still in Lithuania and will be here 1 more month. Will be nice if you could help me, because I need this phone number and my plan in the EU countries. it’s very important for me. Thanks.

You are only allowed to use your UK phone outside of the UK for 63 days in any 4 month period or else you will be disconnected until you return to UK.

Edit to add T&C's

What other restrictions are there?

You can only use our services for periodic travel (like holidays or short breaks) in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK). Otherwise we may charge you or have to suspend you from using our services in our Europe Zone (excluding the UK). If this has happened to you and you think it might be a mistake,call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Use of our services in our Europe Zone is subject to our fair usage policy.
