This is NOT customer services (or live chat), you need to report it lost Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
You then have 2 options either pop into a local o2 store with Photo ID, and they can issue a new sim card, there and then. or wait for one to be posted out to you via Customer Services.
