Hi, some time ago I lost my phone and it will be returned to me later, but I called O2 to ask for a sim card replacement. They probably blocked my card, and now I don't know how to unlock it.
I'm in Romania now, and I can't call customer service. And on live chat I get nervous with that robot, any solutions?
