Hi, since Friday of last week I have had no signal due to mast problems do you get compensation due to this as been told it would be fixed in couple days but it’s been a week

Im afraid not as per the terms and conditions, which do not guarantee a fault free network, once the mast is fixed, you can speak to customer services and see if they can do anything.
THe mast is probably down due to Storm Arwen
