Hi. My ex girlfriend has a habit of hacking my phone by saying its been lost or stolen and then gets my phone and sim blocked. I want to set up a password so when she tries calling 02 she has to give my password before anyone will even listen to her. How do I do this please?

What an awful thing for her to do. Bordering on harrassment and fraudulent.

As well as setting a security password, I would be phoning O2 and having something put on your record about her activity.

All numbers to call are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Best one to call is 0800 587 4005.

You can set a security password in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
