Hi @Jamesb

Its a scam. Has been reported frequently on here. O2 are looking into it. Don't click on any links and send the text to 7726

Reporting a scam email, text or call

Some scams might pretend to be from O2, or from an organisation you already deal with. It's important that we see examples of phishing emails, texts and websites so we can investigate and shut down scammers. To report a suspicious email, text or website:

  • forward the text message, including phone number or company name, to 7726. It won’t cost you anything and it means we can investigate the sender

I received a text stating 'We are unable to process your latest bill. In order to avoid fees, update your billing information via' a link. I clicked on the link and it asked me to sign into 02, I did and it looked authentic. I started filling out details about mu account card and then stopped as I started to become suspicious. I have forwarded the message to 02. Should I change my 02 password?

100% yes. Change your password immediately!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
