Hi all
I am a potential new customer and I ordered a Samsung Tab S7Plus 5g (Mystic Black) on Thursday 20th Jan 2022. The page said it was in stock, which was a suprise an you cant get mystic Black anywhere, and that "Order by midnight for free next-working-day home delivery" so I expected to get this Friday but nothing turned up.
I paid £100 upfront and received the usual contracts ect and an order number. There's nothing in my o2 and I tried to start a chat to see what's is happening but that does not appear to be working. Is there anyone from O2 here that can advice?
