SMS to USA and Brazil

Hi,
I can not send SMS to USA and Brazil. Does someone have the same problem? How can I fix it?
My plan (pay as you go) says: unlimited text and I still have data.

For unlimited texts it means texts to only UK numbers and not international numbers. There will be extra charges if you wish to send texts to international numbers

You can use WhatsApp to send free texts all over the world.

The receiver needs it to so after you install WhatsApp you can send them a message to download the app too.
