SIM swap lost original SIM

Hi 

I have a SIM I didn't use a lot. It was lost. Unregistered payg. 

I know past top up and bolt on and method of last top up. But I can't answer the questions on last number called because it was more than 3 months ago I last used the phone (last turned on around a year ago). I don't know SIM serial number. I have tried to call but they failed me because I couldn't provide SIM serial number and couldn't provide any numbers called in 3 months as I haven't used it in a year. 

Is there any hope of getting a replacement? I really want the number

Hi @Naz6 I will have a look at this for you but if you are struggling to pass security you may be better off taking photo id (passport/driving license ) to a o2 store to get a new sim. I will send you a private message .

Thanks Emma! The stores fob me off to the helpline and tell me there is no possible way. I lost a iPhone with it and I am not fussed about the phone as much as the number. If the store option is real I'd be happy to provide any id forms they want
