SIM card for alarm GSM, unknown phone nr just SSN

I'm Adriano, from Tecno Lift Ltd company.

We have one sim card in our lift alarm system using GSM device. It is located far away from our office. We don't know the phone number just SSN, it needs recharging. Could you help please!
