SIM Card not provisioned

3 days ago, my SIM suddenly stopped working and my phone said it is not provisioned. I can't use my 4G, texts or calls. I can't leave the house until Friday and since I can't call O2 for help, I'm stuck. I go on holiday next week so desperately need my phone to work again!! Please help! Thanks.

You can get a new sim from your local O2 store on Friday or ou need to contact O2.

You can use Skype to call them.
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I just tried making a Skype account but it tried to send me a text, which, obviously, I can't receive at the minute. I have to hope that they fix it in store Friday. If they try to charge me for a SIM, I'll be very upset.

New sim cards are free @Zugz 

and you don't need a Skype account to call freephone numbers.
