Dear Sir / Madam,
My wife and myself have been with O2 for many years now. We live in France at the moment and we have had problems with our mobile phones. We have been given new phones
(WIKO Y50 's ) My question is, can you supply SIM CARD's for these phones please ? as the O2 cards from our exsisting phones do not fit. Also we would like to keep the same telephone numbers.
xxxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxxx.
We await your reply,
Matthew and Janice.

The phones take nano sim cards
Check if you can push out the centre of the sim cards
Otherwise
you'll need to call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

@MandJMcHugh This is not O2. This is a customer community. Please follow the advice from @jonsie if you can. O2 will not send sim cards to you in France. You would need to get them sent to the address your cards are registered, and have someone send them to you. Also be aware of O2's Fair Use Policy regarding roaming abroad: O2 | Roaming Fair Usage
