So my maths isn't great, but i had 9.6gb (roughly) of data left and i was told i would get an additional 5gb and yet as soon as my pack was renewed i had 12gb. Correct me if I'm wrong but but that's technically stealing. I had 9.6, i paid for an additional 5, i ended up with 12.🤨

I'm not quite sure why I'm now being asked to post a reply to my own post. But the the answer is 14.6gb so why have you given me less than i paid for O2?

@ShadowLegend Hi, how/why did you think you were getting an extra 5GB?

PAYG bundles are 6GB, 15GB or 100GB, so when your bundle renewed you shoud get one of those plus any rollover.

But note, you don't get the rollover if you change the bundle tariff.
