I put my new sim in and added £10 however I thought I was setting up a rolling plan. Can I transfer this £10 to the £10 rolling plan?

You need to set up a debit card reoccurring payment for rolling plans  Any other money paid goes towards out of bundle charges

https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/rolling-plan-terms-and-conditions

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Laurajoanne

If you want to use the £10 you have now, switch to a big bundle then setup your rolling plan for next month.
