Rolling plan ,data not working

Hi, 2 days ago I have to paid manually for my 10£rolling plan because it haven't been updated on 24th of January. Now I have an issue with data connection . Can't Connect with internet without WiFi. My phone shows H or E ( apart of 4g) Could you tell me what is going on ?
