Hi,
I got an O2 sim and set up a rolling plan on 24th July, all working OK and can see it on MyO2.
Just received a text to say it is ending on 24th August and I'll be switched to PAYG standard tariff.
Checked MyO2 and it says I am on the rolling plan but under status says it will be removed on 26th August so I'm slightly concerned/confused.
Amy ideas please?
