Hello I can’t receive calls and I m in italy .whay I need to do ?

You may have a roaming bar on your account. Only O2 can lift it. All numbers are in this guide, including Skype Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Just wondering how long you have been in Italy? If it's longer than 3 months then O2 may have blocked your phone as you have exceeded what is classed as normal usage abroad.

Either way, only O2 can sort this for you, so you need to contact them.
