My roaming is not working, I cannot make calls. I am abroad an practicly have no contact. Use wi-fi whenether I can, but it is not a point as otherwise cannot use the phone. Cannot call customer service

Where are you as some countries require 4g calling which isn't available on PAYG.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
