Switched to O2 recently to take advantage of European roaming. Have been to Spain & Italy recently and can use my data but I can't make calls or send text messages from my handset?
Phone is a Motorola G7 Power on Android 10.
My wife has same phone and did the same move, and she can call/text freely.
Thinking back, I did have the same problem about 6 years ago when using Asda Mobile which piggybacks on O2?

You should phone O2 to check if there is any type of roaming bar on your account.
Give O2 a call on 4445 or 0344 809 0222.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
