What phone have you got @Woknet ?
If an iPhone, then change your APN to"mobile.o2.co.uk" if you are pay monthly or payandgo.o2.co.uk if you are PAYG
If any other phone, then you may have a Roaming Bar applied. You need to contact O2 to have it removed All numbers including Skype are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Not usually any problems with PAYG but try manually searching for different networks.
Simply rebooting the phone can help too.
If nothing works, contact O2 to check for roaming bars Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support (Numbers to try).
