Hello @Dave-O2 I want you to help me with my mobile account they told me my card isn't active but it is because I receive texts normally but my problem is I can't receive calls or make when roaming I'm roaming currently in Greece and connected to Cosmote but either that or at least can they add 10£ in my account so I can make a call to count it as a activity and activate the sim with making activity but because I'm in Greece my credit card doesn't work I don't also have a voucher sadly

If you need to add funds to your PAYG SIM, the ways for a Big Bundle tariff are here - the last one will work with any credit card anywhere:
For Roaming, check these:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
If you have an iPhone change your data APN: payandgo.o2.co.uk
Username: payandgo
Password: password
Authentication type: PAP
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , X Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
