Try  manual search for another network. Check if mobile data/data roaming turned on.

If thats not successful then give O2 a call as you may have a roaming bar on your account

Also make sure you are topped up with enough to use your data, as UK allowances don't count in Jersey and nor do the EU rules apply.

If you opt in to O2 Travel for £1.99 a day, you get unlimited data and 120 mins of calls and 120 texts per day you use it.

Thank you, I can’t seem to find the Travel Bolt On. I had the opt out activated which I have now removed but I can’t find the £1.99 daily option!

Text TRAVELON to 21300 to activate. It can take up to 24hrs to be applied to your account. It's free to sign up and we'll only charge you for the days you actually use data while you're away.

Make sure you have credit to purchase the bolt on for the days you want to use it.

As long as you have credit, just start using data or make a call etc and you will be billed immediately for it by taking the cost from your credit.
