Hi. There could you please help me I am not getting any rewards when I top up via my debit card,I top up without fail every single month and never miss my date but I am not getting any of the rewards back which you say I should be getting!very annoyed by this!please shed some light!many thanks

How do I claim my O2 Rewards?

Opting in is easy – all you need to do is text REWARDS to 50202, or call 313 free from your Pay & Go phone. Your Rewards will accumulate over three months, when you'll need to either claim or save them. To use your Rewards to claim extra credit, text CLAIM to 50202.
