• Hello, when I tried to claim my  Rewards a few months ago I must have inadvertently pressed the top name in my contacts and the Rewards went to them.This has happened twice and I’ve missed out. Last week I received a new text telling me I had earned £3-40 and I could either  Save or Claim but, what do I have to do to rectify my mistake so the monies end up on my phone? Ps I’m  not very clever when it comes to technology but we all have to start somewhere…

Normally you text  CLAIM to 50202, free or visit the O2 Rewards website

As things aren't working for you, your best bet is to give O2 a call on 4445.
