Why won't it let me save rewards even though its the 30th September

You'll need to call 4445 and check with customer service.

Deleted by me. I wish all threads would show they'd been answered, then I wouldn't reply.Point being this thread showed 0 replies when I answered it at 08.08, yet @MI5 had actually responded at 07.49!!! Ridiculous!
