It's been a nightmare, was on the phone for over an hour with no help at all, I have now gone to complaints.

Lodging a formal complaint was possibly not the optimum way forward. We understand that it is currently taking O2 up to eight weeks to investigate and respond to complaints, and during that period, you might struggle to find other O2 teams that are willing and able to engage with you.
You need to contact O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help. In the circumstances, I suggest that you message O2 on social media :-
