Hi, Can someone help me with this as I usually ask customer services to do it for me,

I have some reward that I collected over the year and want to put it towards my top up for this month but not just the call allowance.

I'm afraid you still have to contact customer services and they are taking emergency calls only. Best time to try is 8am

You can't put it towards your top up, you have to top up your agreed amount.
