Solved: Reward Card

I spent my 10% reward on top ups on a £30 One for All Card, it hasn't arrived in the post.... Any ideas on what I should do ?

You have to wait upto 28 days for delivery, if it hasn't been delivered in that time, you need to contact customer services

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
