I am on the Classic PAYG tariff but required a new sim for my new phone, I arranged this but when I had finished my call, I received information that tells me I will be on a standard PAYG tariff. Will I be able to revert to my original Classic PAYG tariff?

Thank you.

@tarren2

Standard payg is the classic tariff.

It's no longer available to new customers but anyone on it can remain on it until they change tariffs.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
