Hi,

Hi there ,  my number used to be a pay monthly card and I changed it to pay as you go back in August (i was leaving the country for a bit and wanted to retain my number for when I came back)

I am back in the country this Thursday and want to ensure that my number works! Do I simply need to top up in order to get my data and phone services working ?

Thank you very much for your help !

A

@AVB02

There is a chance if you haven't used the number for over 6months it will have been terminated, and no longer in use, as per the T&C's you need to make a chargable action every 180 days.

There is a high possibly the number will be gone.

Best thing to do is contact o2 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
