Return Policy

Hi,
I bought my mother a phone from 02 on the 31st December. She has had a few problems from the get go with certain parts of the touch not working, now the colour looks distorted. It has been looked after, no drops or water damage etc. It’s not even 28 days old.
I paid cash in 02 shop, am I entitled to a full cash refund? (Minus the £10 top up obviously)

Yes, just return it to the shop you bought it from for a full refund or replacement.

Must be done within 28 days of purchase.
