Hi,

My PAYG SIM is damaged and I no longer get any reception.

I am going through the My O2 pages and it tells me it has sent me a verification code to enter on the screen.....  are they for real - the process to replace a damaged SIM sending you a verification code - do they not realise it may be impossible to receive this verification code?

I am trying http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but there is no LiveChat and I keep going round in circles;

Help & Support --> PAYG --> Phones,devices and SIMS --> Help With Your SIM --> Lost/Stolen/Damaged SIMS tells me;

"If your sim has been lost or stolen, you'll need to pop into one of our stores or contact us to block your sim and order a replacement.

Your replacement sim will come activated and set up with your existing number."

I click on CONTACT US and it takes me back to: http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  !!!!!!

Where can I find a LiveChat with a human being on the end not the useless Aura?

@Markiexxxx

Try any of the numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Say anything to get put through.

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
