@Simon12 Easiest way to get a new sim is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby. They will provide you with a correct sized new sim with your account details on it. Make sure you bring identification with you.

@Simon12 you can order a free SIM from here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go and then call customer service on 4445 to swap your number over when it arrives.
