I ordered a replacement sim as mine was lost on 10/06/2023 , the tracking shows it has not been processed, spoke on the phone with an agent who said there has been an issue, have spent a total of x6 hours on the phone and it has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I still do not have my new sim, the tracking does not help, please help.
