Renewing my bundle early.

I have ran out of data on my big £30 bundle the renewal date is in 9 days, I want to renew it before then i've rang o2 but they've kept turning the line off or putting me on hold to then end the call. any help guys??

Only customer service can do that or you can add a data bolt on yourself.
