Removing a debit card from my account

hi all, I have just topped up my phone online with a debit card after it all went through it came up it will use this card to automatically top up from this card which I don't want it to do and would like to remove it,could anyone tell me how I can do that please, I have tried my account, my device and my contact details but cannot find it anywhere. Hi @Rosy1 Just go into My O2 and remove auto top or card details from your account.

Step 1: Sign in to My O2 to set up your auto top-up.

Step 2: Choose the amount and if you want to get topped up on a certain day/date or when your balance gets low.

Step 3: We'll then top you up automatically. You can change or cancel whenever you like.

If you are unable to do this then you will have to contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Call customer service on 4445 to remove your saved card or you can replace it with a different card next time you top up.
