How do I remove a Netflix Bundle Subscription from my O2 account. It is not included as an Extra but comes under 'Things you've bought'?

In this instance you will need to cancel your account with Netflix direct

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
