Remote sim in electric gates

Hi, does anyone know how to obtain the balance on a remote SIM card installed in electric gates? The sim cannot be taken out as it is a sealed unit. I have done it before but many years ago and can’t remember how to do it now.

@Annie12 What kind of unit is it? It couldn't be completely sealed. How would the sim have been put in there in the first place? If you can get the sim out, you can put it in a phone to get the balance. There would be no other way to do it.

Hi, it is completely sealed, obviously because of the gate security. I have now been on to O2 phone line and they have given me the balance over the phone
