I received a message “ O2: You've now used all your offer data. Browsing or data in the UK will now use any data allowance you have or be charged at your tariff's standard rates.”. Looking on My O2 for this phone I still have 15GB left. So what was this message to do with?

We can only guess but it sounds like you had some bonus data on your tariff which has now been used or the offer period has ended.

You will now get your standard tariff allowance each month.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
