Hi,

I topped up my sons phone but the credit has gone on the wrong number (for some reason the wrong number is linked to my O2 Account) if there a way of getting this returned, so can put on the right number?

O2 don't usually give refunds on PAYG top ups but you should call 4445 to ask and correct the linked issue at the very least.

I tried calling but the call centers aren't open. There's no advice online or anyone to speak to so I can get it sorted 😩
